Shipping and handling

1. Delivery in Singapore

Spend $40 and above on all our items (except frames and poster sleeves) and get it delivered to your address for free!

  • Total spending below $40 will be charged $5 for registered mail within Singapore.
  • Delivery of frames with posters will be done using local courier service.
  • Other items will be delivered using Singapore Post office service.

 

2. Additional delivery cost for frames

Delivery for frames are only valid in Singapore. We do not ship frame outside Singapore.
Shipping rate is dependent on the item's Shipping Unit (SU). Refer to the charts below for the shipping and SU calculation.

More than 16 SU S$80

For 16 SU and above, the delivery fee is a flat fee of $80.

Examples

You purchased 1 Art Prints with 1 framing, SU = 0.25, Cost of items is below $30. Shipping cost = $5 + $10 = $15
You purchased 7 Art Prints (30 x 40cm)with framing, SU = 1.75. Shipping cost = S$10

You purchased 3 Art Prints (30 x 40cm)with framing + 1 poster with framing. SU = (0.25SU X 3)+2 = 2.75SU. Shipping cost = S$20

You purchased 4 Art Prints (30 x 40cm)with framing + 3 posters with framing. SU = (0.25SU X 4)+(2SU X 3) = 7SU. Shipping cost = S$35

If your order includes frames and/or sleeves, your shipping cost will be based on shipping unit (SU) as shown above in point 2.

3. Worldwide shipping

All shipping rates are based on the following tables (Singapore dollars). The system will calculate based on the country you select in your profile's address.

*For other countries, orders from 14 August 2024 1pm, we are using fedex to send. Shipping cost is at a flat rate of $35 to $70.

 

* Please note that we do not ship all frames and poster sleeves outside of Singapore.
* All orders are sent with tracking number provided.
* Order will be sent out within 3 to 5 working days once all items in the order are in stock.
* Items on our website are subjected to availability. In the event that item is out of stock, we will inform customer as soon as we can.
*Tracking number will be provided.
*Selected items like screen prints will sent out by fedex at a different shipping cost from the above shipping table.

 
 

5. Our packing and handling

Feel safe when you opt to have your poster(s) delivered. Using our secured packing method, our posters had safe arrivals to neighboring countries like Malaysia, Indonesia and also as far as Europe.

We provide 3 levels of protection

1) Waterproof transparent plastic to protect against moisture.

2) Soft packing paper which acts as a cushion to protect the poster(s) against collision within the tube.

3) A tough 3mm-thick cardboard tube to protect the poster(s) against any external bumps
